加拿大酒店押金怎么退？
谢邀！ 这个问题问得真是时候，昨天刚好帮客户处理了类似的问题。 先说结论 再三跟酒店确认之后，酒店终于同意退还客人全部款项（含押金），不过需要客人提供取消住宿的邮件证实。于是，我帮忙起草了这样的取消函发给客人： Dear Hotel： This is to confirm our cancellation of the above booking made with you. The purpose of this email is to inform you that we will no longer be staying at your hotel and that all monies paid by us are refundable as outlined in your contract with us. We have already taken steps to cancel our credit cards orders for the benefit of any charges that may be incurred by you in connection with this booking. Should you incur such charges， please provide proof of payment and we shall reimburse you without further delay. Kindly acknowledge the receiving of this message by return and release the requested documents so that we can proceed with the refunding process. Best regards，XX PS： 请先跟酒店确认是否已经收到上述邮件并可以办理退款手续。
PPS： 请注意保留发送该邮件的相关凭证，以防酒店以没有收到邮件为由推卸责任。
